  • Agreed. Real Estate is a regional market. What happens in Los Angeles does not necessarily reflect Chicago, New York, or countryside small town in Tennessee. It seems most articles dealing with a Real Estate downfall speak of the drastic cases.

  • A note placed on someone's car I would take as a direct threat. Whereas, a blog post on a publicly accessible website is more of a public threat and could just be a bunch of steam or someone trying to make some noise.
